The Green Pastures Owners' Association (GPOA) includes all of the home and residential property owners within the Green Pastures development. (Condominiums, commercial property, apartments and Shepherd Landings not included).
The purpose of the GPOA is to maximize a sense of community for the long term, to preserve, enrich the quality of life for our residents, appreciate property values, enhance safety & security and preserve the natural beauty of our community.
New Homeowners? Welcome! Our neighborhood is one of the best in Marysville (Actually its the best!) In order to keep it the best, we have high standards and rules. Please make sure you look at the reference documents, which have information on building standards and property standards.
A quick overview of some of the guidelines- 1. Please put your trashcans in a non viewable area. Trash pickup day is Tuesday. City of Marysville/Republic Waste take care of the refuse and recyclables. 2. Please make sure your fence doesn't exceed standards. 3. Please mow your lawn. 4. No campers,boats, or trailers greater than 72 hours on streets and driveways. 5. Please make sure you don't have a excessive amounts of animals. 6. No sheds. 7. Please maintain your property. If the siding is turning green its time to powerwash. 7. Our annual fee is $125 per year (lowest in Marysville). Please make sure you contact the management company when you move in so that our records are up to date. The annual fee is due in the 1st month of the year.
